We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer to join our team and drive our success to new heights, unlocking exciting opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security doors manufacturing and commercial property security sectors.

• Develop strategies for expanding the company’s presence in both new and existing markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique security requirements and providing tailored solutions.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction through each project phase.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling, customized proposals and presentations that address the specific security needs of clients.

• Communicate value propositions effectively, highlighting how our security doors meet and exceed industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the security, manufacturing, or building materials industry.

• Strong understanding of sales strategies and client acquisition specific to the B2B security or construction sector.

• Good understanding of the security doors landscape, including regulations, product specifications, and competitive positioning.

• Familiarity with key market segments such as commercial, residential, and institutional buildings.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Comfortable networking and building relationships with decision-makers in construction, property management, and security firms.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
